Kaizen Manager Web Application

Overview
Kaizen Manager is a web application used to enter, track, monitor, and share Kaizen Event improvements within a facility or across multiple facilities.

During Kaizen Events, improvements are captured, allowing associates to search improvements, manage impact and compare improvements across all facilities.  Kaizen Manager promotes workplace safety, process efficiency, and leverages ergonomics activities and best practices.

Deliverable

The deliverable is a searchable, information-rich, web application that includes all improvements made during Ergo Kaizen Events, including:
  •  Problem/Solution descriptions
  •  Before/After pictures
  •  Improvement detail, including cost and production impact
  •  30-60-90 day follow-up items
  •  Report generator
